Our experienced kitchen and service team serve both in-house and external guests hand-made, locally sourced dishes. North Frisian classics and exquisite speciality recipes are reinterpreted. Seasonally cooked in harmony with man, animal and nature, we serve the best beef and the tastiest fish from the region.
We carefully select freshly caught fish, crabs, and prawns from the North Sea and the Atlantic from local traders. This guarantees the best quality and freshness. The meat and fish are then grilled, lovingly prepared, and served with carefully selected side dishes. It's what we call conscious indulgence.
